The Tart Tundra await you sour beer fans!

A sour adventure is before you. On November 16th we will be Releasing a series of sour beers stylized around the Winter Season. Sour Not Sorry Brewing will journey across the Tart Tundra exploring new styles of sours which we've wanted to try for many ages now! Join us as we explore this icy realm.

New beers to explore

WINTER KNIGHT

As the blizzard rages on, There is one brave warrior keeping a watchful eye over the snow covered lands. Introducing the protector of the realm ( Winter Knight ) our Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Sour Stout. We kettle soured a rich 6.5% stout and infused it with organic cocoa powder and Dark Belgian Candi Sugar in the boil. We then added raspberry puree and vanilla after primary fermentation. Defend the frozen North and join the violet owl's sour crusade!

Sour Stouts are the hardest beer style you could brew. I have been trying since 2016 during my homebrew days. This is the first time combining Raspberry, Chocolate and Vanilla in a sour stout base. Winter Knight will lead the way as our first Sour Stout we make at SNS. I was inspired by an image in my mind of a purple owl covered in silver frost bitten armor. Very specific but I believe things come to us in life for a reason and most of my sours are inspired by life moments.

Winter Knight Frozen Tap Handles

All of our bar accounts will have Winter Knight tap handles. The tap handles will be lavender and lime green spray paint cans. Drawings of Raspberries and icicles all over the handle. Possibly an owl perched on top.
