You'll wanna hit the dance floor when this sour D.J arrives to the party! Total Deutschebag is a German historic style called (Lichtenhainer) which is a sour smoke wheat ale with Macintosh apples. This sour won a bronze medal and a best of show in a 2017 home brew competition. This beer was also the first sour ale I ever brewed and I have been perfecting it since 2016. Deutschebag is our choice for a great beer to drink during the Oktoberfest season for sure! Prost!

I'll take a Pina Colada, not virgin. Wanna see my ID? Totally have it! This beer is dedicated to nurse Hannah who administered the Chemotherapy that saved Colin the owner of Sour Not Sorry's life. On the last day of his treatment, Hannah came up with an idea for a Pina Colada sour beer and so we thought let’s make it happen! Hannah Colada is a Pina Colada Gose blended with fresh Pineapple puree, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt and Coconut Rum Extract, Yum! A portion of the proceeds for each keg and case sold will go to supporting cancer care and research in the Boston area.

Bounty Hopper is our second sour IPA brewed with Australian Galaxy hops which is one of the best hop varieties on the market and sometimes hard to come by. Galaxy has intense notes of Guava, Orange, Mango and Peach. We hope you will enjoy this hazy tropical bounty.
The Sorry Not Sour Series is a rotating beer which is NOT kettle soured. The idea behind this series is to create a beer line for those who even after trying our sours are still not convinced by the tart flavor. We want to make sure that when you walk into our future taproom you will have a beer in hand sour or not. These beers will be anything from stouts, pilsners and even a green tea pale ale "Samurai Juice" from my homebrew days, wherever the wind may take us!

This beer isn't your average garden variety. Chillin' With My Gnomie is a collab with my friend Scotty from my home brew days who has a fantastic garden he tends to every year. This sour is brewed with fresh rhubarb cut that morning along with Cascade and Chinook hops straight from Scotty's garden! We also mashed in Biscuit malt to give it a pie crust flavor as well as lactose to balance the strawberry puree. Garden meets Kettle in a flavor explosion of sour rhubarb and sweet as sin strawberry!
Happy 4th of July Sour Beer Fans! We teamed up with our fellow EForAll alumni business (Savior Six Apparel) to brew a rocket pop sour ale! We infused this beer with Limes, Sour Cherry Puree and Blue Raspberry Extract. The proceeds will go to Savior Six so they can use the money to help veterans and children facing cancer. Limited release of 7 cases for 2022
