Introducing her royal Majesty The (Queen Of Tarts) Our Valentines Day Strawberry Red Velvet Cake Pastry Sour! This sour is heavily infused with Strawberry Puree and Red Velvet Cake Batter. Special thanks to my sister Lauren for the idea of making a Red Velvet Cake sour. Great idea sis! (CONTAINS LACTOSE!)

Long live the King! Introducing His Majesty The (King Of Tarts) Our Blueberry Blue Velvet Cake Pastry Sour! We infused this beer with Wild Blueberry Puree and Blue Velvet Cake in the Mash. We recommend blending this beer with our OG Strawberry Red Velvet Cake Sour (Queen Of Tarts) for a Blueberry Strawberry Royal Blend! (CONTAINS LACTOSE!)

Butter Break

Welcome to Madame La Sweets Enchanted Candy Shop Sour Beer Fans! After a long day of selling magical treats, It's time to kick back and relax with a nice butterscotch beer. Introducing (Butter Break) our Butterscotch Pastry Sour Ale. We brewed this beer with Dark Brown Sugar, Caramel, Butterscotch Syrup and Milk Sugar. You will want to hop on your broom stick and fly over the moon for this beer!

Cloud Commander

Set sail through the orange vanilla clouds sour beer fans! Our Blood Orange Dreamsicle Sour is back and better than ever! We used double the amount of Blood Orange Puree, vanilla and a new addition of Lactose for creaminess. You'll feel lighter than air drinking this sunset colored beauty!

Hannah Colada

Hannah Colada is a Pina Colada Gose blended with fresh Pineapple puree, Brown sugar, Sea salt and Coconut Cream Syrup, Yum! This beer is dedicated to nurse Hannah who administered the Chemotherapy that saved Colin the owner of Sour Not Sorry's life. Hannah came up with an idea for a Pina Colada sour beer and so we thought let’s make it happen! A portion of the proceeds will go to supporting cancer care and research in the Boston area. We also gave Hannah 100% creative freedom to choose what her label would be and she asked for a tropical pin up nurse. She posed a winky face and also gave the final approval of the label.

Ninja Frogs

You'll be "Hopping Mad" by this beer SNS Fans! (Ninja Frogs) is a fruit sour candy hybrid! We infused this sour with Passion Fruit and Gummy Frogs! Thats right, 6lbs of Gummy Frogs. We melted them and added into the sour along with the fruit puree. Enjoy this most bodacious Gummy Frog Sour today!

Ninja Sharks

A totally jawesome sour! Meet (Ninja Sharks) our Blue Raspberry Gummy Shark Sour Ale infused with actual Gummy Sharks. Watch out this shark bites with its super sour tropical punch!

Ninja Bats

You’ve had Ninja Frogs and Ninja Sharks but experience a new Ninja on the block! From the dark shadows comes our 3rd Gummy Sour beer in our Ninja Series (Ninja Bats). Ninja Bats is a 5% sour in fused with Pomegranate, Passion Fruit and Sour Gummy Bat candy! The Gummie bats contain fruits like Blackcurrant, Cherry, Orange and Green Apple combined with the Pomegranate and Passion Fruit puree creates a Halloween candy explosion of flavors!

Ninja Dinos

A Fossil Colossal Ninja Beer of Epic proportions! Right out of the Cretaceous Age comes our 4th Gummy Style Sour (Ninja Dinos)! This beer was infused with Gummy Dinosaurs, Passion Fruit and Marshmallow. Crack yourself a can of this most Bodacious green primordial ooze and hang 10 through time!

Gold Series "Limited Edition Sours"

Skunk Monk

We decided to brew a beer that highlighted the stinkiest fruit in the world the Durian. Durian is also known as "Kingfruit" and its smell doesnt match its taste. This fruit is described to smell like Rotton Onions and Skunk. The flavor however tastes like a thick Banana, Pineapple Smoothie with Whipped Cream and a tiny hint of garlic. Play a trick on your tastebuds with this complex sour!

Dragon's Keep

(Dragon’s Keep) is a Spicy Fruit sour. This sour has a heavy dose of Dragon fruit, Raspberry and Mango. We also added to the fermenter 76 Carolina Reapers, the worlds second most hottest pepper in a fine mesh bag for a few days. The beer is super fruity, Sour with a heat that builds with every sip you take! Are you brave enough to face the Dragon’s Keep?

Monka Monka Burnin' Love! is our first try at a Peanut Butter Sour! This beer is infused with Banana, Lactose and Peanut Butter! Contains Peanuts!

Mad Science

WARNING: This Beer is Super sour, Our Sours are typically not this tart but we had to attempt it! This is our try at Massachusetts' most Sour Beer clocking in at a pH of 1.8! Be mindful of Heartburn. Meet (MAD SCIENCE) a true marvel of sour science that will drive your tastebuds dare I say it... mad! We have heard you loud and clear for a sour that really packs a punch! MAD SCIENCE is an Extreme Sour Ale infused with Red Prickly Pear, Kiwi and Green Apple. We have the technology!

TOTAL DEUTSCHEBAG

You'll wanna hit the dance floor when this sour D.J arrives to the party! Total Deutschebag is a German historic style called (Lichtenhainer) which is a sour smoke wheat ale with Macintosh apples. This sour won a bronze medal and a best of show in a 2017 home brew competition. This beer was also the first sour ale I ever brewed and I have been perfecting it since 2016. Deutschebag is our choice for a great beer to drink during the Oktoberfest season for sure! Prost!
