All of our beer is now brewed with grain from Stone Path Malt! This gives us a fresher beer than shipping from across the country. We also on occasion drop off kegs to their taproom so keep an eye out when were on tap! Keeping our sour's ingredients local.
We are looking for a new location for our next brewery! We want an edgy colorful sour vibe of a space. Some ideas include Arcade Machines, Records playing, Brick Walls, Wood Floors, an awesome staff and lots go good sours to try! We will be informing our fans once we sign the lease of a space. Stay tuned!
As the blizzard rages on, There is one brave warrior keeping a watchful eye over the snow covered lands. Introducing the protector of the realm ( Winter Knight ) our Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Sour Stout. We kettle soured a rich 6.5% stout and infused it with organic cocoa powder and Dark Belgian Candi Sugar in the boil. We then added raspberry puree and vanilla after primary fermentation. Defend the frozen North and join the violet owl's sour crusade!

Total Deutschebag was the first sour I ever brewed and I am so thrilled to bring it back on draft and in cans. I have been perfecting it since 2016 and its absolutely a fantastic beer! This beer is called a Lichtenhainer which is a German sour smoke ale with apples. We have it ready to be packaged mid August through the Winter. You are gonna wanna try this one!
We are packaging 90 gallons of our juicy tropical sour double IPA (Octophant)! This beer was picked as our first beer to lead the charge on the market. Its pineapple, mango, grapefruit and dankness notes are bright and ready to have you gobsmacked in delight! We will be releasing this kraken in the next few weeks! Locations to be announced.
We just added another account (Longhouse Axe Bar) for when we open this October! At Longhouse you can walk up to the bar and grab a cold can from there fridge then Chuck an axe like a true warrior! Not to brag but that’s my hit dead center!
Kempner Electrics set up our power source from the house to the sour shed. We turned on the kettles just last week. This was our last big milestone goal for the breweries build out. Its an important one because without power we can't make you delicious beer!
We grew some Sorachi Ace and Columbus hops this summer! The hops have been given to Ysoaps an EForAll cohort of ours to make hoppy soaps!! Can't wait Yashira!!
2 weeks ago we received the news that we are officially TTB approved!! this means we just need to wait and hear back from the state. This means we are just weeks away from a launch!
Congratulations Sour Beer Fans!! On Sunday May 16th we hit our goal of 12k! Thanks to you the die hard craft beer fans we can now install our waste water holding tank, electricity, purchase our brew system and other equipment and legal fees! We plan to be open end of July 2021
We are happy to announce that Sour Not Sorry Brewing has been chosen as the winner of the 2021 EForAll winter accelerator! We have won $3,000 which will go towards our 1bbl brew house.
